These terms apply to the Daily Word Puzzles app and website, made by Sunrise Puzzles. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you download the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply.

Using the games

You may play for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy or republish our puzzles, disrupt the service, or use cheats or modified versions of the app.

Coins, hints and boosters

Coins, hints, boosters and other in-game items can only be used in the app. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. They are stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted and not restored from a backup.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment and refund policies. To request a refund, contact the store where you made the purchase.

Gift codes

Gift codes work once, have no cash value and may expire.

Changes and availability

We may change puzzles, features, rewards and prices, or pause or end parts of the service. We aim to keep the games running smoothly, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Our content

The games, puzzles and design belong to Sunrise Puzzles. Quotations in Cryptogram belong to their authors.

Disclaimer and liability

The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
